Stress & Nervous System Reset

The festive season can be joyful - but also overwhelming. For a restorative session exploring how to combat the effects of seasonal stress, join wellbeing expert Debra Hogan on Tuesday 2nd December from 7–8pm. You’ll learn grounding breathwork and calming strategies to soothe the nervous system and restore balance when life feels hectic. The experience includes a seasonal snack and wellness drink, along with practical take home tool to reinforce your learning.

 

Tickets are £25 and guests may also book spa access between 5–7pm for a special rate of £40. Please email spa@oldcoursehotel.co.uk to book your spa access.

Floating Sound Meditation

Discover a whole new way to relax with our Floating Sound Bath events - where soothing water meets the healing power of sound. Drift weightlessly in our pool as calming tones wash over you, helping you let go of stress and reconnect you with yourself.

 

Our next event will take place on 11th December, held in the inviting ambiance of our newly transformed Kohler Waters Spa. Arrive from 7.30pm to indulge in the tranquillity of our spa facilities before the sound bath commences at 8pm.

 

Tickets are priced at £50 per person, offering you an exclusive escape into serenity. For an additional £40 per person, enhance your experience with 2 hours of access to our beautiful spa facilities before the event. Winter Solstice Yoga Workshop

Reflect and reboot your practice as we welcome the shortest day and look forward to the coming of the light. Join us on Sunday 14th December from 10am - 2pm for a seasonal yoga practice, meditation to reflect on what you need to do to nourish and take care of yourself. Nourishing food in the Spa cafe and a relaxing Yin sequence to support the meridian lines associated with Winter.

Reawaken your senses with our restorative Step into Summer Retreat 2nd- 3rd May 2026

 

Led by wild swimmer, photographer, and wellness writer Anna Deacon. Thoughtfully crafted to nourish both body and mind. From invigorating sea dips and therapeutic contrast spa sessions to the energising flow of yoga and mindful practices, each activity serves as an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover balance.

 

Prices start at £380 per person for a one-night stay on Saturday, 2nd May 2026, based on two people sharing a room. For guests requiring single-room occupancy, rates begin at £495.
