Our beautiful corner of the world is buzzing with events, activities and workshops this autumn, so whether you want to make memories, try something new or hear from some of the most engaging experts around, our packed programme is sure to have something to inspire, excite or absorb you. Our events are open to the whole community, as well as guests, and – of course – each one comes with a little touch of Old Course Hotel magic . We’re also proud to highlight some of the wonderful events organised by our friends in and around St Andrews.
Eden Mill has become part of the fabric of St Andrews and where better to sample their delicious gin and distinctive whisky than The Old Course Hotel? Visit our Whisky Tasting Room to enjoy an exclusive Eden Mill tasting experience.
St Andrews Day celebrations are big in our town - expect live music, an outdoor ceilidh, food and craft stalls, a torchlit procession and fireworks on the beach.
This deeply relaxing yin experience will rest, restore and renew your whole system as you reflect on the year past and set your intentions for the year to come.
Just a short walk from the hotel, Balgove Larder’s Christmas Night Market is a feast for the senses. It’s the perfect chance to stock up on food, drinks and gifts for Christmas in a magical farm setting.
The Bowhouse Christmas Market features a treasure-trove of Scottish food and drink traders, activities for wee ones plus mouthwatering street food traders. It’s the perfect opportunity to support local while finishing off your Christmas shopping – we’ll be arranging shuttle buses to and from the hotel.
Get insight into the University of St Andrews with a visit to the Wardlaw Museum. Explore ground-breaking research through art, history, science and nature. Take a fascinating journey beyond the reaches of our solar system in the Alien Worlds exhibition, until 5 January.
