On Thursday 30th October, Kohler Waters Spa partners with GROUND Wellbeing to host an event focused on enhancing sleep and balance, timed perfectly with the autumn season's call for relaxation. The evening begins with a welcome drink and canapés, followed by a talk from Peigín Crowley, founder of GROUND Wellbeing. She will discuss how improved sleep benefits women's health across all life stages, including PMS, pregnancy, and menopause, offering valuable insights and tips for achieving restful sleep.
The event, from 6.30pm to 8.30pm, costs £40, including a gift from GROUND Wellbeing and exclusive product offers. Attendees can also book access to our newly transformed Kohler Waters Spa facilities from 5pm to 7pm at a special rate.
This is an opportunity to align with the season's rhythm and enhance wellbeing through better sleep.

Taking place on Thursday 11 November from 7–8pm, the workshop explores the powerful gut-brain connection teaching practical tools to soothe the vagus nerve. Expect advice and techniques to balance body and mind, supporting immunity and resilience through the colder months. Tickets are just £25 including a seasonal snack, wellness drink, and takeaway resource to continue your journey at home.
