Understanding the Hidden Link Between Stress, Cravings & Burnout

Join resident Health & Wellbeing Coach Debra Hogan for an insightful workshop exploring the often-overlooked connection between stress, blood sugar balance and burnout. Drawing on more than 30 years of experience, Debra will explain why these symptoms occur and share practical, evidence-based strategies to help restore energy, improve focus and support long-term wellbeing. Hosted from 7–8pm on Wednesday 30th July in the intimate surroundings of Spa Café at Kohler Waters Spa, tickets are £25 per person. Guests can also enjoy spa access from 5–7pm for an additional £40.
