General Information

• Check-in begins at 3pm. Of course, you are welcome to join us earlier and we’ll be happy to store your luggage until your room is ready.
  
• On the day of departure, we would be grateful if you could vacate your room by 12 noon.
• Full pre-payment or a credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation. Payment can be made by American Express, MasterCard, Visa or Diners Card. Cancellations are subject to a charge.
• We welcome children to the resort. Children 2 and under are free of charge. Children 3-12 are £45 per child per night and 13-17 are £65 per child per night sharing a suite with their parents, with a maximum of two children per room.
• Dogs are welcome in some bedrooms and charge at £35 per dog per night. We also allow dogs in public areas and in Hams Hame, Jigger patio area and The Duke's Clubhouse.

Spa and Fitness

Use of Kohler Waters Fitness Centre is complimentary to hotel residents, including 20m lap swimming pool, indoor hot tub and sauna,  a fully equipped gym with a range of Technogym cardiovascular and resistance machines with a selection of instructor lead classes.  Children under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the gym facilities. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied/supervied by an adult at all times when using the swimming pool.

Hotel guests are invited to enjoy complimentary access to our award-winning Kohler Waters Spa between the hours of 8am-10am and 6pm-8pm. Outside these times, we offer a special rate of £40 per person for admission. Please note, Kohler Waters Spa is an adults-only sanctuary, welcoming guests aged 18 and above. Our spa features include a 20m swimming pool and a comprehensive hydrotherapy suite complete with a thermal pool, sauna, steam room, and plunge pool. For your comfort, we provide luxury amenities, plush robes, and slippers. Remember, only guests aged 18 and above are granted access to ensure a serene spa experience.

• 10am – 6pm - £40 for 2 hours access

Fitness and Leisure Pool Access 

• Complimentary all day
• Children's "Splash Time" in the Leisure pool only is from 10am - 5pm

• £25 for 2 hours access

All spa treatments that are 50 minutes or longer, excluding manicures, pedicures and the Snow and Sauna experience, include complimentary access to our spa facilities. Please be aware a £20 supplement applies to all day spa packages and treatments booked on Saturdays.
