New Year’s Day begins gently, with a full Scottish breakfast and plenty of time to relax or unwind in Kohler Waters Spa. In the evening, continue the celebrations with a delicious dinner in the Road Hole Restaurant – the perfect start to your year.

Begin with a glass of Champagne on arrival before deciding how you’d like to spend your evening – whether that’s cocktails in the Road Hole Bar, a cosy pint at the Jigger Inn, or heading out into St Andrews to soak up the atmosphere. When midnight arrives, gather to watch the fireworks light up the sky before retreating to the comfort of your room. The following morning, enjoy a hearty full Scottish breakfast and perhaps a visit to Kohler Waters Spa before heading into the New Year refreshed and recharged.
