‘One Healthy Habit’ Reset

Heart Health & Self-Compassion is a nurturing wellbeing session designed to support both physical and emotional resilience. Aligned with Valentine’s season, this workshop on Thursday 5th February, 7-8pm blends practical heart-health guidance with gentle self-compassion practices, exploring how stress, mindset and daily habits impact cardiovascular health. Led by certified health coach Debra Hogan, guests will leave with simple, science-led tools to care for their heart, cultivate kindness towards themselves, and build sustainable wellbeing from the inside out. Tickets are £25, and pre-event spa access is available from 5–7pm at £40. Floating Sound Meditation

Discover a whole new way to relax with our Floating Sound Mediation events - where soothing water meets the healing power of sound. Drift weightlessly in our pool as calming tones wash over you, helping you let go of stress and reconnect you with yourself. Our next event will take place on Thursday 19th March, held in the inviting ambiance of our  Kohler Waters Spa. Arrive from 7.30pm to indulge in the tranquillity of our spa facilities before the sound bath commences at 8pm.

Spring Awakening Yoga

Refresh your body and mind ahead of Spring with a day of mindful movement and reflection at the luxurious Old Course Hotel on Saturday 28th March 10am - 2.30pm. Led by yoga and meditation teacher Rosanne Nieboer, the retreat draws on her deep knowledge of the subtle body and chakra system to guide participants through energising yoga, breathwork, and restorative meditation. Awaken with a morning practice focused on renewal, enjoy a vibrant and nutritious lunch before settling into the afternoon with calming pranayama, sound baths, and deep rest. Step away from the everyday and embrace the new season with clarity, balance, and renewed energy.

Led by wild swimmer, photographer, and wellness writer Anna Deacon. Thoughtfully crafted to nourish both body and mind. From invigorating sea dips and therapeutic contrast spa sessions to the energising flow of yoga and mindful practices, each activity serves as an invitation to slow down, reconnect, and rediscover balance.
