Led by wild swimmer, photographer and wellness writer Anna Deacon, this immersive weekend retreat is designed to nourish body and mind – from revitalising sea dips and therapeutic contrast therapy spa experiences to the energising flow of yoga and mindful practices. Every moment is an invitation to slow down, tune in and find balance.

 

On Saturday evening, Anna will be joined by broadcaster and endurance athlete Louise Minchin for an inspiring dinner and conversation, sharing their own experiences of wild swimming, adventure and the healing power of nature. With the five-star comfort of the Old Course Hotel throughout, it’s a chance to step into summer feeling refreshed, reconnected and restored.

Arrival at Old Course Hotel

Arrive by 9.30am

 

Contrast Therapy Welcome & Spa Treatment

Ease into the weekend in our Kohler Waters Spa with a relaxed introduction from Anna on the restorative benefits of contrast therapy, before experiencing it for yourself in our Snow and Sauna experience along with a blissful 50-minute treatment.

 

Lunch in the Spa Café

Enjoy a delicious leisurely lunch still wrapped up warm in your robe.

 

Yoga & Meditation with Jana Greig

Rebalance and restore with a gentle yoga and meditation session designed to ground your body and calm your mind.

 

 Dinner Get-together – with Louise Minchin and Anna Deacon

Come together for a relaxed group dinner featuring fresh, seasonal dishes with a few indulgent touches - a chance to share good food, conversation and connection in a welcoming setting.

2nd - 3rd May

Prices start at £380 per person for a one-night stay on Saturday, 2nd May 2026, based on two people sharing a room. For guests requiring single-room occupancy, rates begin at £495.

Retreat attendees can take advantage of a special discounted rates for additional nights:

  • Single occupancy: from £275
  • Double occupancy: from £325
