Autumn Yoga Retreat
Join us for a nourishing, healing and grounding yoga retreat.
Through meditation and Pranayama breathing techniques, you will begin your experience by setting intensions, taking your practice to a deeper level by making a connection between what you will work through on your mat, and what you will continue to focus on as you step off.
After a nourishing plant-based light lunch and turmeric latte, we will move on to a restorative Yin and Yoga Nidra practice that will leave you feeling refreshed and relaxed.
Our relaxing Yoga Retreat is open to non-members.
