Our events are open to the whole community, as well as guests, and – of course – each one comes with a little touch of Old Course Hotel magic . A monthly celebration of the makers, growers and creatives that make Fife special. Stroll along South Street and browse artisan food, handmade gifts, local produce and one-of-a-kind finds. You never know what treasure you might uncover.

Alfred Dunhill Links Championship

1st - 4th October

One of the biggest weeks in the St Andrews calendar. Watch world-class golf, celebrity pairings and lively crowds arrive in town, then round off the weekend with a spectacular fireworks display lighting up the skies above the Old Course.

2026 St Andrews Links Collegiate

12th - 14th October

 

One of the highlights of the student sporting calendar, the Collegiate brings teams from universities around the world to compete in St Andrews. Expect plenty of friendly rivalry, impressive golf and a lively atmosphere around town.

International Women's Day

We’re delighted to welcome Bob & Blether’s International Women’s Day event, bringing women together for connection, wellbeing and good conversation. The day begins with a sunrise sea dip, followed by breakfast at the Old Course Hotel, inspiring talks including Dr Louise Newson, and workshops designed to uplift and empower. All proceeds will be shared between local Women’s Aid branches.
