Appointment Requirements, Seasonal & Holiday Restrictions, and Spa Usage Fees
Demand for spa treatments is high, especially on weekends and at other leisure times. We highly recommend appointments be made several weeks in advance. Hotel guests are encouraged to make spa appointments at the time accommodation is reserved to ensure desired service times. Use of the spa on Saturdays requires a minimum purchase of two spa treatments per person

 

Spa Usage Fees for Hotel Guests:
The Kohler Waters Leisure and Fitness Centre
As a Hotel Guest you can enjoy complimentary use of the Kohler Waters Leisure and Fitness Centre, including 20m lap swimming pool, indoor hot tub, state of the art Technogym equipment, fitness studio with a selection of instructor lead classes, the latest technology virtual classes, selected outdoor fitness and lounge.

Kohler Waters Spa
Alternatively, you can book The Kohler Waters Spa Experience and enjoy our adult’s only 20m spa pool, stunning Hydrotherapy Pool, Unique Thermal Suite with KOHLER Real Rain showers, Ice Fountain, deep relaxation room, tea lounge and our roof top hot tub. The use of luxury amenities, plush robes and slippers is provided for your comfort.
Hotel Guests may book this experience in advance of their stay at the preferential rate of £30 per person for up to 3 hour’s.


Spa Usage Fees for Non-Hotel Guests: Use of spa facility requires the purchase of one spa service per person Sunday through Friday. Spa usage fee prices are subject to change without notice. Day Spa Trips are available.


Age Requirement
All guests must be at least 16 years of age to use Kohler Waters Spa services; however, children under the age of 16 may use the leisure swimming pool between 10:00am and 5:00pm when accompanied by an adult.


Cancellations/Late Arrivals
If you need to cancel your spa appointment, please call at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time, to cancel pre-booked Kohler Waters Spa Experience, please call at least 5 days in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full service rate charged to your account. If you are running late, the courtesy of a phone call is always appreciated. We will reschedule your appointment if possible. If we are not able to reschedule another appointment time, your services will begin as previously scheduled. Your arrival time will determine the length of your treatment time, which will end as scheduled so the next guest may begin promptly.


Spa Etiquette
Kohler Waters Spa believes in maintaining a safe, friendly and quiet environment for both our Spa guests and staff. For this reason, the following actions are prohibited at the Spa:

  • Talking on mobile phones
  • Use of camera feature in the locker rooms, treatment rooms and co-ed relaxation areas.

Please remember that all Kohler Spa therapists and other staff are experienced professionals here to provide you the highest level of service. We ask that in return you treat them with the same respect they will extend to you and refrain from any inappropriate actions, requests, or comments that may be viewed as harassing or intimidating. It is our goal to ensure all services are performed in a professional environment.

Failure to act in accordance with Spa Etiquette may lead to not being welcome at Kohler properties.


Gratuity
For your convenience, a 10% gratuity will be added to treatment fees at check-in. No additional gratuities are expected or necessary. At the discretion of our guests, gratuities may be adjusted at any time.
