The ‘You’re Hired’ Experience encourages groups to create dynamic new initiatives for their company, through demonstrating business acumen, leadership skills, diplomacy and a creative edge. Once the group is split into teams and a task is set, the day culminates in a nail-biting boardroom showdown with The Boss where the overall winning team is hired.

The experience costs from £335 per person for groups of 8 or more and includes:
- Overnight accommodation in a luxury bedroom (single occupancy) with a hearty Scottish breakfast
- Three-course dinner, coffee and petit fours
- Two-course lunch

- Hire of the boardroom
