The Romantic Gourmet Experience: Exclusively available on St. Valentine’s Day, this highly-romantic gourmet experience features dinner for two in the Road Hole Restaurant, rated three AA rosettes, with a heavenly feast of exquisite culinary delights. A one-night stay, based on two sharing a double room, starts at £200 per person and includes overnight luxury accommodation with breakfast in bed, a rose-petal turndown, and dinner in the Road Hole Restaurant. Valid on the 13th or the 14th of February 2011.
The Valentine’s Experience: This is an all-round romantic resort experience for two including two nights of luxury accommodation, dinner in the award-winning Road Hole Restaurant on one night, plus dinner in the romantic candle-lit ambience of Sands Grill on the other night. Complimentary access to Kohler Waters Spa is also included – spa alfresco in the rooftop hot tub, take a dip in the stunning 20-metre swimming pool with its very own cascading waterfall and chill out together in the world-class thermal suite. The Valentine’s Experience is available on either 12 and 13 February or 19 and 20 February, 2011 and costs £399 per person for two nights, based on two sharing.
Be My Valentine: This is a simple bed and breakfast experience for two nights, allowing you to create your own romantic itinerary. Dining options include dinner in Sands Grill, the Road Hole Restaurant or even the Jigger Inn for a more informal affair. For the ultimate romantic proposal, the resort can reserve the Lovers’ Gallery, located on the top floor of the hotel - one of Scotland’s most romantic locations. The resort can even arrange its in-house Jeweller, Mappin & Webb, to be on standby! Be my Valentine starts at £488 per couple for two nights. Jack Vettriano Charity Auction – Let's Twist Again
On Friday 11th Februray, Jack Vettriano will be hosting a special charity fund-raising dinner at the Old Course Hotel, during which his original painting, ‘Let’s Twist Again‘ is to be auctioned to raise funds for four charities. Tickets to attend the dinner and auction are priced at £75 and are available from Heartbreak, Jack’s official gallery. The price of the ticket includes a glass of Prosecco on arrival, a three-course meal, a half-bottle of wine per person, coffee and petit fours and a donation to the four nominated charities.

Jack Vettriano – Exhibition – Valentines Rose
Throughout the month of February, the Old Course Hotel will also be hosting an exhibition of romantically themed limited edition prints published by Vettriano’s own company, Heartbreak Publishing, and selected by the artist himself for the hotel. The collection will include the launch of a new edition print of, ‘Valentine Rose’, published especially for the event at the Old Course.
The Exhibition is free admission and will run Monday to Saturday 10am – 5pm and Sundays 12noon – 5pm. (Excludes the 5th, 25th and 26th when the exhibition will be closed. The Exhibition will close at 4pm on 11th February, closing at 3pm on 12th February and will not open until 2pm on 13th February.)
