Spa Fitness Classes

Cardio and Stength Fitness

Aqua Fit: 45 minutes. Suitable for all. Splash your way to fitness with this fun, non impact water based conditioning class.

Boxercise: 45 minutes. All levels. Combining the fundamental skills of boxing with a specific form of circuit training. Helps to develop strength, speed and flexibility.

Circuits: 45 minutes. All Levels. If you want to tone all major muscle groups this is your class! You’ll sweat and have fun! Be sure to bring water and a “whatever it takes” attitude.

Kettle-tone/Kettle-cise: 45 minutes. All levels. Experience the kettle bell work out – a brand new and exciting approach to fitness! Originally a Russian past time, the kettle bell is the ultimate in calorie burning, toning and strengthening and is a must try! Limited to Six participants per class – please register in advance!

LBT: 45 minutes. All levels. For the ultimate aerobic and toning work out that focuses on problem areas including legs, bums & tums.

Box-Fit - NEW!: 45 minutes. An aerobic, and muscle Training programme. This intense fat burning, high energy class is suitable for all levels of fitness with guaranteed results!

50/50: 45minutes. All levels. A new and exciting class. Mixing the content up each week using cardio, resistance and body sculpting workouts. Get ready to feel the results!

Abs Blast: 30minutes. All levels. Get that flat stomach you’ve always wanted. Improve your posture, core stability, mobility and flexibility.

50+ Circuits and Stretch: 45minutes. Get your body moving with this low impact but highly effective circuits class. Includes a long stretch and relaxation to finish. Great fun to great music!

Zumba: 45minutes. Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO" allowing Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba Fitness program and achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is a “feel-happy” workout that is great for both the body and the mind. Minimum capacity 3 people.

Body Sculpt: 45 minutes. A non impact all over body toning session. Be sure to see results!

20/20/20: 1 hour. A little bit of everything does you good! 20 minutes each of 3 elements of fitness!

Yoga: Yoga has been recommended as an adjunct to psychotherapy and standard medical treatments for a number of reasons. Its integration of the mental, physical, and spiritual dimensions of human life is helpful to patients struggling with distorted cognitions or pain syndromes. The stretching, bending, and balancing involved in the asanas (physical postures that are part of a yoga practice) help to align the head and spinal column; stimulate the circulatory system, endocrine glands, and other organs; and keep muscles and joints strong and flexible.

Pilates: The Pilates method seeks to develop controlled movement from a strong core and it does this using a range of apparatuses to guide and train the body. Pilates is a body conditioning routine that helps to not only build flexibility, but also strength, endurance, and coordination in the legs, abdominals, arms and back. A class not to miss!

INDOOR GROUP CYCLE CLASSES (Limited participants per class - PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE!)

An indoor cycling experience where riders will be taken through a mixture of terrains tackling hills, time trials, sprints and flats whilst working to the beat of the music. Interval training is used throughout to allow the participants to constantly work to different intensities and improve their stamina and maximum efforts. Classes focus on calorie killing by combining a variety of tracks and intensities pushing the participants to new highs every class they take.

Please not that all group fitness classes are subject to availability. No exercise classes available on a Sunday.

Fees: All group fitness classes are complimentary for all Spa Members. *Yoga and Pilates & Zumba - £3.00 per person per class. Fees must be paid before entering class. Please book for class at least 12 hours before. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance of your class. Failure to do so will result in a charge for the class fee. (Limited participants per class - PLEASE REGISTER IN ADVANCE!)
