Christmas & Hogmanay Celebrations
At the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa
Christmas and Hogmanay season at the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort & Spa is a very special time. However you choose to spend your time with us whether it’s popping along to start the festive season with our Christmas Emporium or partying the night away at our infamous Christmas parties or joining us for a Christmas or Hogmanay break, one thing you can be sure of is you will enjoy an unforgettable five red star experience where we take care of everything.
Our Party Nights at the resort have become a ‘must’ in the pre-Christmas calendar – a St Andrews institution that combines glamour with festive fun! Enjoy culinary delights and perfectly themed entertainment to ensure a Christmas night out that lasts long in the memory. This year, we have two themes to tempt you:
12th and 13th December Decide your Decade
Are you a child of the 60s, 70s and 80s? Does Flower Power, Glam Rock or Big Hair float your party boat? Our ‘Decide your Decade’ Christmas Party nights let you choose your era, your outfit – and we provide the soundtrack that takes you back! Will you be hip in psychedelia? Tie dye essential! Will you have the flare to don platform boots and sequins... or will power-dressing, shoulder pads and hairspray win the day.
5th and 6th 19th and 20th Masquerade Ball
Our ever-popular Masquerade Ball makes a comeback for our Christmas Party Nights. Who’s the lady behind the mask? Who is that man of mystery? You dress to impress, we provide the party – and you have a ball! It is a night of divine decadence in the absolutely fabulous surroundings of our five red star hotel.
