Celebrating the one and only Robert Burns, we’re putting on a Scottish feast to rival all feasts!
Vegetarian Scotch broth
Broth of root vegetable, lentils and barley.
Traditional soup of smoked haddock, leek, onion, potato and cream.
Chicken Balmoral ballotine
Chicken rolled and stuffed with chicken served with creamy mash, turnip puree, buttered kale and whisky jus.
Wild mushroom gnocchi
Potato gnocchi with a Scottish mushroom, leek and garlic sauce. Finished with a rocket, truffle and parmesan salad.
Sticky toffee pudding
A classic favourite, served with honeycomb ice cream and caramel sauce.
Traditional dessert of layers of whisky cream, honey oat granola and raspberries.
