Cookery at The Farmer's Market
In 2014 Executive Chef Martin Hollis will be taking his culinary skills on the road to the St Andrews Farmer's Market. Throughout the year the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa will be attending the market and demonstrating mouth-watering cuisine which showcases fresh local produce.
