In 2013 Executive Chef Martin Hollis will be taking his culinary skills on the road to the St Andrews Farmer's Market. Throughout the year the Old Course Hotel, Golf Resort and Spa will be attending the market and demonstrating mouth-watering cuisine which showcases fresh local produce. We’ll be sharing all of Martin’s recipes here and at the market we’ll be offering stunning opportunities to sample The Old Course Hotel’s dining outlets.
